Main Responsibilities:
- Greet service department clients
- Open and close work orders
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
- Advise clients on maintenance, inspection, and safety services
- Follow up with clients regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle
- Collaborate with internal departments as well as external suppliers
- Create and maintain excellent client relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience
Profile / Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a service / technical advisor or in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines
- General mechanical knowledge
- Excellent skills in sales, organization, and customer service
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking clients)
- Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset)
